The advertiser agrees the Publisher shall not be held liable for damages as a result of any error in any advertisement beyond the normal and customary occupied portion of the advertisement in which the error occurred; whether such error is due to the negligence of the publisher's staff or otherwise, and there shall be no liability expressed or implied for non-insertion of any advertisement beyond the sum paid to The Banner for such advertisement.

Submission of an advertisement does not constitute a commitment to publish the advertisement, and publication of an advertisement does not constitute an agreement for continued publication. The Banner reserves the right to edit, reclassify, revise, reject or cancel any advertisement at any time, in its sole discretion. Rates and specifications are subject to change. Submission of an advertisement with payment required in any method other than mail or drop off does not constitute a commitment by The Banner to publish the advertisement.
